HOLA!!

I'm the Puerto Rican spice added to this fun mix. :)

From Puerto Rico? Random, right? Well, it's about the get crazier. You see, from PR I had moved to Hawaii where I lived with my then husband who was active in the military. It was during that time in HI that I met Heidi online via the book community. I was an avid reader & blogger when she first published her debut novel, so you can already connect the dots there. However, our conversations didn't just stay within the "hey, review my books" boundaries. We actually got to know each other and almost instantly became best friends. About a year later, my marriage fell apart and I decided to get a fresh start in... *drum roll please* ...Idaho. So I moved in with Heidi while I got settled.

Then, on Easter morning, I met Heidi's brother. I was used to reading about love at first sight and soulmates but I never really believed in all that...until Jeff.

Fast forward to the present, I am happily married to this amazing man and I am a stepmom to two very active teenage boys, Blaize and Kiefer. From sports to teenage shenanigans, they for sure keep me on my toes!

I am still very much active in the book community. I own a literary PR company and I'm the Marketing Director of a publishing company as well. Suffice it to say, I am very busy. Between work and the boys...I am always on the go. Good thing I can work from anywhere because sometimes, I do! I take my laptop with me, turn on my hotspot, and get my things done.

When I am not working or running around with the boys, I am at home taking care of our furbabies. Yep! I'm a psycho furmama!! We have 6 cats (we started with 8 but 2 males found new homes...on their own LOL) and 6 dogs and they are all spoiled rotten. You mess with my babies, you get a foot up your butt. :)

Anyway, through Heidi I met Natasha, and we've all become really good friends. From our love of books and country music to our love for our Idaho mountains, we share a bond that will last a lifetime.

We can't wait to share our journey and smartass ways with you all!

XOXO,
Ly
